WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- $100 non-refundable Application Fee.
- A photo to upload of yourself (nice headshot, not a casual selfie).
- Look for emails after you submit your application to walk you through paying your app fee and submitting the Insurance Liability Waiver.
- Application deadline is: December 15, 2026
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- Make sure you’ve talked with your pastor before you begin.
- Make sure you’ll be at least age 18 at time of departure for the field.
- Once we have your Insurance Liability Waiver and paid app fee, we’ll send submit your name for a background check. Once we have a positive result, we will send your pastor a link to give us a Confidential Pastoral Recommendation. (*He/she might need to check their junk mail folder if they don’t receive something from us within a few days of your submission.)
